Everyone loves this place. Breakfast all day long. Lunch and dinner until 10:oo pm moms home cooking. If you don't like it you ain't right.

Very tasty. There was a wait and it was crowded but the service was still quick and the food was perfect. I recommend the raspberry lemonade. If you haven't had it, you should.

Just picked up my din din meatloaf taters corn eveything was perfect. Tipped the girl 5 bucks and all she had to do was walk it over. Thanks yall for exceeding expectations even in all this craziness.

I ordered the special over the weekend with free breakfast and it was a horrible experience, some of the bacon on the breakfast bowls were not done, the biscuits were raw on the bottom and I was given unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, and we did not receive any cornbread

Always love Cracker Barrel. This one has started trying to cram more people in than can comfortably fit. The tables and chairs are a bit close together if you and the person behind you have any girth at all. They still make great chicken and dumplings though.

My husband and I ordered the Old Timers breakfast to pick up curbside. The food was awful! The eggs and bacon had definitely been reheated 2 to 3 times

Delicious southern country fare you don't find at other restaurants. Love it!

I went here on my lunch break with work. The service was top notch and the food came out in a very timely manner.

We decided to use our 2 Gift cards, total value of $50. Got 2 dinners, a coffee and tea and 2 desserts. The meals were ok. My chicken tenders were warm as was mashed potatoes. The green beans were much warmer. The service was good, our server was attentive. It was moderately busy for New Year's Day dinner time. We did find a WoodWick candle for half price!!! Overall, we had good use of the gift cards!!!!

We had the vegetable soup, fish dinner and grilled chicken. All were tasty. Corn bread and biscuits were warm and good. We stayed at La Quinta, a few steps away. So convenient. Service was very good.

Someday the wait staff will know what keto is. Until then, I can still load up on the veggies, eggs and meat. Don't need 6 different plates though; two was sufficient! Am sorry they got rid of the Darjeeling tea and only offer breakfast tea now.

Service was slow. Had three different people waiting on us. Rain out of tea and had to flag someone down to get a refill but by this time we were done eating and ready to leave.

Breakfast was good. Staff weren't too happy it seemed but they were attentive. The spiced pumpkin latte was delicious for the one sip I had. Sadly no soy milk or non dairy alternatives. Also lots of straws everywhere... like come on folks, don't need that many straws!

Food was very good. Service was very good. The wife shopped in the store, and that's where it went downhill. My wife had picked out an article of clothing from a rack that said 75% off. The sign said the items marked $39.99 were $12.00. I missed that mistake. When they rang it up, it rang up $20. The lady said it came off the 25% rack. That would of rung up at $29.99. So I walked the lady to the rack and she said ok. And even though she used a calculator she rang it up $12. (Dishonest). We were satisfied with the $12 and left. A short while later, I realized 75% off would have been $10. Not a well run store.

If i was able to rate This cracker barrel a 0 star, I would. As soon as we sat down at our table, our waitress (She was a young girl) automatically came up to us asking if she could see our baby.. Obviously, I felt like me and my husband were put on the spot and we said No ma’am.. he was born a preemie and we don’t want no one bothering him. She kept questioning why she couldn’t.. We definitely felt awkward about the whole situation. She came back slamming our drinks down then 10 minutes later came back slamming our food down. She never came back to check on us for any refills on our drinks.

Place was very crowded. We had minimal wait the service was great and the food was great also.

I was staying the night at a hotel across the street. I ordered online and it was over 15 late. No explanation..multiple people waiting and not being Informed of the wait. The food was good. But the staff needs lessons in crowd management. If online ordering was that far behind a courtesy call would have been nice.

What ever you do make sure if you place a to go order it's there before you pay. I ordered my food in order to be able to ran to get it on my break and I get there and they had gave it to another guest. Offered to remake it but couldn't wait on it. It was ordered before hand for a reason. Then wanted to offer me veggies that's not what I ordered !! Trust me I will not go there ever again and I will let our guest know when they ask our opinion on going there.

I am just going to say the customer service here is sub standard. My waitress was rude to me after I waited 30 min to get drinks. She then tells me when I ask her for a biscuit for my 19 month old that Id have to wait due to the fact she had two tables. Took an hour literally to get food, meanwhile everyone around us that was seated after we had been seated for 20 minutes was eating. STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT! IT IS NOT RIGHT TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR WAITRESSES SUFFER. If it's a Sunday after church should probably anticipate you will need more staff. Make sure you realize all eyes are on you waitresses!

I love coming here for breakfast. The hash brown casserole is so darn good. Plus the coffee is really excellent. Sitting by the fire on a cold morning just sets a festive mood.

Not very crowded we sat over 15 minutes not waited on was just getting up to leave the manager came out. Told her not been waited on. I was really hungry due to I had not ate due to surgery very unhappy with service.

Everything was great except the gravy tasted like it came out of a can. Always liked Cracker Barrel gravy wonder if they made a change.

Great atmosphere that no, they don't all have. Cold outside so the fire was lit. 😊 Our server was fun but only at the begining. Then was annoyed that we were in good moods. (?) He came back two more times. Once to fill a cup of coffee and once to drop off the check without a word. We didn't expect him to pull up a chair but a few more words and a little more attention would have been good. Store as usual was jam packed, beautiful things and fun. However in the beginning of Nov. shouldn't you keep Fall items in stock a little longer? They were down to one or two items on some things and completely out of the amazing smelling Dionis Goat Milk - Caramel Pumpkin Spice. Too bad.

Always good. Tried the knew fried turkey. It was good but a little much on the breading. Soup was great but only received half of the cup full. Cracker barrel is still a good place

Bad service and under cooked food!! Worse experience to date!

Cross contaminated my food with either beef or pork grease and I am allergic. I checked that nothing I ordered would be touching any pork or beef or the fat, but I had an allergic reaction and have been sick for two days now. The food was a half hour late but I don't even really care about that. Can't just brush off food allergies. Would rather someone tell me I don't know than to say something is fine to eat when it clearly was not.

This place is my mother's favorite. This particular time the food was really good and filled us up. However, we did share our drink being that it cost $2.89! Lol

What we paid for was not worth the money.We did not get the sides we ordered but the extra we paid for we did.We had the Thanksgiving dinner and no gravy on the dressing I have ate and Cracker Barrell many times and was pleased

The taste of home is the best thing about this comfort food eatery. I had a perfect slice of meatloaf with some delicious Mac & Cheese. I also enjoyed my favorite: Collard Greens. Not to mention the warm, fresh biscuits. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The gift shop is another spot that draws me here. Oh, I will be back.

Cracker Barrel is a very good place to stop by for food and their store has some unique finds. Their food has a very good down home feel and taste. They also have a good selection on their menu. I reccomend them and my kids love it so I will definitely be back.

Typical good food but my service was horrible. I waited for 20 minutes before I got my drink and waited another 15 to place my order on a night that wasn't busy at all. I actually wanted desert but the waitress didn't ask and just dropped the receipt at the table and walked away. I ordered the spicy trout which was seasoned at all to my taste buds. Was really let down by this location. On a side note, the parking lot is laid out kind of wonky so that it faces the interstate and there was poor lighting in the lot.

We need this place in Canada! How fun to be able to shop in their beautiful store before, while waiting for, or after your meal! They have a ton of fun stuff - you name it, they've got it! The food was really yummy. We had the fried chicken and it was so deelish! Highly recommend a stop here for great food and fun shopping!

Great gift for my neice.

I was so pleased with the dining experience today! We opted for breakfast at lunch. Despite being very busy, we were seated quickly and our server, Rachel, was awesome! Rachel was warm and friendly and took great care of us! The food was quick to come and very yummy!

There was a great crowd of people.. Everyone had that southern hospitality that generates a good vibe threw it's atmosphere. My daughter and I were very relaxed.. We enjoyed the shopping"! Tons of eye candy ... old school toys, candy, clothing and accessories, new school items... we got a table very quickly and the food was there in a timely manner..

We had a birthday luncheon to celebrate Lucille Lindsey's 92nd birthday! The food and services were VERY good! Thank you for your hospitality!

This place is comfort food heaven. I had meatloaf and collard greens. We also had macaroni and cheese along with some yummy biscuits. Cracker barrel is a long time favorite. We plan to come back in a few months.

If you have ever been to CB then you know the food is great. Unfortunately, most people who eat there are overweight. One meal is all you need for the entire day.

Cracker Barrel is always a great, comfortable place to eat. If you're someplace cold a big fireplace it's very nice to stand in front of to get warmed up. Wait times aren't usually very long unless it's exceptionally busy

Great food. Great staff. Gets a little too loud when full. Kitchen is fast considering how busy they are . You can take your parent there and they will be happy.

We ordered take out here on mother's day and we were told that it would be an hour wait. By the time we finally got our food we had waited a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. It was extremely frustrating and we had a 12 month old in the car with us when we arrived to get our food. We also didn't receive the kids drink, which we didn't realize until we got home. If orders were going to take that long, that should have been said so that we had the option to either wait the 2+ hours for lunch or make a different choice. When we tried to ask if there was any indication as to when the food would be ready we were blown off as if the man was very bothered by our question. No offer of compensation or anything was made for the excessive wait time beyond what we were told when we placed the order.
